]]>Directed by Hannah Lux Davis, the “Puntería” music video takes us to a pastel-colored mystical realm. Emily in Paris star Lucien Laviscount joins Shakira as her love interest in this magical visual, which also sees her showing off her amazing dance moves with a group of backup dancers.
Cardi B wanted to collaborate with Shakira for as long as she can remember, and she was ready to do whatever the Colombian singer asked her to appear in a music video by her side.
“I always look at your videos, and it’s so crazy doing a video with you because all of your videos, you could just tell you take your time from the angle, to the dancing, to the things that pop,” Cardi B told Shakira in an interview they shared on social media.
“Puntería” was released as the latest single from Shakira’s new album Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran, which also features smash hits “Shakira: Bzrp Music Sessions, Vol. 53” and “TQG” ft. Karol G.

]]>“Up” was released on February 5th, but it originally debuted at no. 2 after Olivia Rodrigo’s “Drivers License” stopped it from reaching the top spot. That changed after Cardi B’s Grammy performance, which also featured a live rendition of “WAP” with Megan Thee Stallion.
This medley quickly became a viral sensation and helped Cardi B reach the top spot, becoming her fifth single to top the Billboard Hot 100. By doing so, “Up” managed to extend her record for the most Hot 100 no. 1s among female rappers.
To make the whole thing even better, this isn’t the only record Cardi B set. She’s currently the only female rap star with two solo no. 1 singles, including “Bodak Yellow” and “Up”. She also topped the Billboard Hot 100 with “I Like It” featuring Bad Bunny and J Balvin, the Maroon 5 collaboration “Girls Like You”, and “WAP” with Megan Thee Stallion.

]]>This year’s gala was hosted by Lady Gaga, Serena Williams, Harry Styles and Alessandro Michele, and it’s not hard to guess which one of these stars stole the show. Mother Monster hit the red carpet in several different looks, designed by Brandon Maxwell.
Despite her best attempt to shine the brightest, Lady Gaga wasn’t the only star who went an extra mile on Monday night. Cardi B also had everyone talking, thanks to her Thom Browne gown with 10-foot train, that took over 2.000 hours to make.
Katy Perry delivered one of the quintessential “so bad it’s good” looks of the night, when she showed up dressed as a real-life chandelier. When it comes to the rest of the looks, Anna Wintour’s made the right guess when she predicted that feathers will rule the night.
Men’s fashion at the Met Gala was anything but boring, and Billy Porter showed everyone how to make an entrance. He was carried inside on a litter, and proceeded to steal the show with his custom made “Sun God” ensemble.
The List of epic outfits at this year’s Met Gala is pretty much endless, but scroll down for a few more looks that swept us off our feet.

“I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to work with this dynamic group of women. We’re grateful to have assembled such a powerhouse cast and can’t wait to start filming at the end of the week,” said Scafaria.
The Hustlers at Scores is based on the New York Magazine article from 2016, which tells the story of former strip club employees who band together to turn the tables on their Wall Street clients. It’ll start shooting on March 22, but it’s still unclear when we can expect to see it in the theaters.

“K so I’m back from retirement to announce I have a brand new song coming out on Friday at midnight with @brunomars,” – the 26-year-old rapper wrote on Wednesday adding “#twogrammywinningartist.” The hashtag referenced Cardi B’s first Grammy Award which she recently received when her debut record Invasion of Privacy was named the Best Rap Album in 2018.
Besides doing songs together, Cardi B and Bruno Mars were also supposed to go on the road together. The “Bodak Yellow” rapper was supposed to follow Mars on his 24K Magic tour in the fall of 2018 but ended up canceling her appearance since she wanted to spend more time with her newborn daughter.

]]>Cardi B is one of the latest stars to join Constance Wu and Jennifer Lopez in this highly-anticipated project directed by Lorene Scafaria, but she’s not the only one. The cast will also include Lili Reinhart, Keke Palmer, and Julia Stiles.

]]>The post Hear Cardi B and Bruno Mars’ New Song “Please Me” appeared first on OMG Check It Out !.
]]>“Please Me” was teased on Wednesday when Cardi B shared a cover artwork of the single.
