A selection committee chose the honorees among hundreds of nominations during a meeting that was held this month and the final approval was decided by the Hollywood Chamber’s board of directors.

Radio personality and the chair of the Walk of Fame selection panel, Ellen K. made the announcement of 35 honorees and added that “We can’t wait to see each and every honoree’s face as they realize that they are becoming a part of Hollywood’s history as we unveil their star on the world’s most famous walkway!”

The following are the Honorees for the Class of 2021 Hollywood Walk of Fame:

Motion Pictures:

Zac Efron, Shia LaBeouf, Josh Brolin, Don Cheadle, Morris Chestnut, Benedict Cumberbatch, Giancarlo Giannini, Jimmy Smits, Naomi Watts, and a double star for Ali MacGraw and Ryan O’Neal

Television:

Nick Cannon, Courteney Cox, Marla Gibbs, Jenifer Lewis, Laura Linney, Judge Greg Mathis, Dr. Mehmet Oz, Sarah Paulson, Peter Roth, and Christian Slater

The This Is Us star described the moment of receiving this great honor as “deeply humbling and weird”, but admitted she never thought something like this would ever happen to her.

“When I started in this industry I was just 14 years old and my only goal as a young and naive teenager was to stick around for as long as possible, to create some semblance of longevity and above all to evolve my craft in the directions that moved me,” explained Golden Globe nominated actress.

Mandy Moore released her debut album in 1999, before switching to acting and finding international fame with the role in A Walk To Remember. She went on to voice main character in Disney’s animated movie Tangled, and win one of the lead roles in critically acclaimed drama series This Is Us.

Moore’s co-stars from this hit show Milo Ventimiglia, Sterling K. Brown, and Chrissy Metz were there to share this special moment with her. Her A Walk To Remember co-star Shane West was also there to support her.

The news was announced Thursday by The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce. The 39-year-old musician is recognized in the recording category and will receive the 2,656th star on Hollywood Boulevard. The ceremony will take place on February 5, at 11:30 a.m. Pink will be honored by soon-to-be fellow Walk of Famer Ellen DeGeneres.

“We are thrilled to honor one of the world’s most popular entertainers, Pink!” Ana Martinez, producer of the Hollywood Walk of Fame, said. “She is a unique performer who leaves you in a state of joy and surprise at the same time. Hundreds of fans showed up to attend the ceremony of unveiling Snoop Dogg’s star, which featured the “Drop It Like It’s Hot” rapper giving a speech and thanking his fans, family and friends who helped him to get where he is now.

The best moment of the ceremony, which was attended by some high-profile names like talks show host Jimmy Kimmel and record producer Quincy Jones, came towards the end of Snoop’s speech when he decided to also thank the most deserving person for his success; himself.
